Meet Bonnie Nguyen, the newest addition to our team at North Star! As the Chief Operating Officer and now a partner, Bonnie is taking the reins in overseeing all things operational within the North Star portfolio. From Commercial Sales to Property Management and our investment portfolio, Bonnie’s got it covered. But that’s not all—she’s also spearheading our foray into new territories in the real estate world, helping us grow not only our existing businesses but also exploring exciting new ventures.

Bonnie attended the University of Minnesota and graduated from the University of St. Thomas, where she earned her degree in Marketing Management, setting the stage for her impressive career. 

Her journey started at HDR Engineering, as a Marketing Coordinator. Bonnie showcased her skills by coordinating, designing, and writing proposals for transportation projects for 8 years.

Beyond her corporate gigs, Bonnie has made her mark in the real estate scene. Since 2013, she’s been an integral part of the Kerby & Cristina Real Estate Experts team at RE/MAX Results. Bonnie spent a decade honing her skills in prospecting, negotiations, and creating seamless experiences for buyers and sellers. She also wore many hats on Kerby & Cristina’s team including, partnering with Cristina on 136+ closings, marketing, recruiting, operations, and being a part of the leadership team. 

Building on her success for a short stint, Bonnie took on the role of Director of Operations at The Carin Nguyen Real Estate Network in Arizona before returning to Kerby & Cristina’s team to spearhead their new venture Click Contracts, a real estate contract writing software for agents.

Bonnie’s story is one of continuous growth and adaptability, and we’re thrilled to have her on board at North Star. Her unique blend of corporate, real estate, and leadership expertise is set to drive us to new heights, and we can’t wait to see where this journey takes us together!
